| Reinstalling the scoreboard on the same/another computer and needing a new registration password |
In order to verify your original registration, please email us with as much of the following information as possible:
- PayPal receipt number/transaction id
- Email address the payment was made from
- Name the payment was made from
- Date the payment was made
In addition to the above information, please provide the serial number from the new computer. The serial number is found by starting the scoreboard on the new computer and clicking Register.

Please email us the quantity of each scoreboard that you would like to purchase, and any special considerations.

| Requesting a modification or custom scoreboard. |
Please email us with a detailed description of how the scoreboard would appear and function. If possible, please include a picture or sketch of the desired scoreboard design. Also please answer the following questions as best as possible:
- Whether you are requesting a modification to an existing scoreboard or a completely new scoreboard
- How the scoreboard will behave and how it will be controlled
- Whether you need a control screen - this is feature included in our standard v2 scoreboards
- How many computers you plan to use the scoreboard on
- Time frame the scoreboard is needed
- Your general budget for the scoreboard
