License Upgrades

• If you are interested in adding additional features to your current license, we offer upgrades to a higher package/level for the difference in price between the packages/levels + $25 USD. For details, please see Upgrade My USB License Key.
• If you are interested in upgrading from a v2 scoreboard to a v3 scoreboard, we are currently offering 50% off upgrades. For details, please see Upgrade My USB License Key.

USB Key Not Received

If you purchase a USB Key License, but you never receive the USB Key, contact us. We will typically ship a replacement once it is determined that the USB Key will not arrive. We may require signature confirmation, extra tracking, a more reliable carrier, or other measures to improve the odds of the USB key getting to you.

• If it is determined that you are responsible for the failed delivery (such as not being available to sign for the package when a signature is required), we may charge you for the cost of re-sending the USB Key.
• If after one or more failed shipments we determine that the USB Key is unlikely to be delivered to you using reasonable delivery measures, we will refund your purchase price, less the price of shipping.

USB Key Not Working

If you purchase and receive a USB Key License that does not work for the purchased scoreboard, we will take the necessary steps to correct the issue:

• Please follow the steps in this FAQ to determine the cause of the issue. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us so we can find an appropriate solution.
• If the issue can be corrected with a software update, that software update will be provided in a timely manner.
• If the USB key does not license the correct scoreboard, we will correct it remotely.
• If the USB Key is damaged upon arrival, we will ship a replacement USB Key to you at our expense.

Damaged USB Key

If your USB license key becomes damaged and/or does not work reliably, we offer the option to receive a replacement USB license key for the cost of $35 USD + the cost of shipping. If you believe your key may be damaged, we encourage you to check out our FAQ about USB keys not working. Before we can replace your damaged USB key, we will need to deactivate the damaged USB key in one of the following ways:

• If the USB key works sometimes, we can try to remotely deactivate the damaged USB key.
• If the USB key does not work at all, then the damaged USB key will need to be shipped back to us.

Lost USB Key

If you lose your USB license key, we can help you in two ways:

• To help give you some time to find your USB license key, we can offer you a complimentary 2-week temporary license password for one computer.
• Longer term, if your USB License key is still missing, you will need to purchase a new scoreboard license. Unfortunately, the license on your USB license key is like any other product that you may lose: if you lose it, you have to buy a new one. To help you purchase a new scoreboard license, we can offer you a 15% discount off the regular price.

To avoid losing your USB license key in the future, we recommend attaching an AirTag or similar device to the USB license key to make it easy to find. You can also try attaching the USB license key to a larger object to reduce your chance of losing it.

License Password Issues

If your purchase includes a license password and the password you receive does not license the scoreboard on the computer you need it on, contact us to receive a replacement password for the correct computer. Note that when purchasing, you should provide the serial number from the scoreboard running on the computer that you will use the scoreboard on.

Returns

Since you are able to fully try our scoreboards before purchasing, we do not offer any returns or refunds of purchased licenses of our scoreboards. Exceptions are extremely rare and at our discretion.

All of our scoreboards are free to download and try for as long as you want. The version that you download includes all features. Purchasing a license only removes the trial notice that appears every few minutes. We encourage you to try the scoreboard before purchasing to make sure that it meets your needs.
